Hi, I'm Theresa Moloney
I'm a certified nutritionist, fitness trainer, wellness coach and creator of the Strongher Method. My mission is simple: I want to help women live powerfully.
For too long women have been misled to believe that we have to compromise between being thin and being strong, that weight training is for men, or worse, that there is little health benefit to women strength building.
I have worked with hundreds of women who have found lasting success and I want to help you too.
