The Challenge is robust, but not overly time consuming. You will be expected to set aside 20-30 minutes, 3 times per week, for the core workouts. In addition to this, there are optional daily de-bloat protocols that can take approximately 5-10 minutes.

You’ll follow progressive core workouts that build week by week, including deep core activation, core sculpting, and full-body core training. Each workout is approximately 20–30 minutes (3 days per week).
