PROGRESSION

In ReBoot Camp you will gradually progress your strength and build up endurance, regardless of your current fitness level.

STRATEGY

This program was specifically designed for women 40 and beyond to train your muscles without putting undue stress on the body. Often we are told that in order to get fit we need high intensity or heavy weights. But in fact, as we age, we really need consistency and not to send our hormones, such as cortisol, skyrocketing, which can result in fatigue, irritability and overeating.

MINDSET

To truly have success with this ReBoot camp, having a health-forward mindset is key. You should view your workouts as your time to shut out the noise and clutter of daily life and focus on you and your health needs.

What is the ReBoot Camp?

This 3 week course is designed for all fitness levels to help you build strength through gradually progressive full body workouts.

At the end of the 3 weeks you will be toner, stronger, and have more energy.

Who is it for?

The workouts can be enjoyed by anyone, no matter your fitness level. If you have mobility issues or injuries you are concerned about, please get in touch.

Do I need equipment?

Equipment is not essential. However, I will be using 3 sets of progressive light weight dumbbells, a chair and an exercise mat. If you do not have dumbbells you can use water bottles. If you want you can gradually increase your dumbbells to suit your fitness level.

What will I get?

Once you register for the course, you will get instant access to 3 weeks worth of strength training exercises that have been specifically designed to train muscles through gradual progression. The workouts focus on lower body, upper body and core and range from 10-25 minutes in length. You will have lifetime access to the workouts and can go at your own pace.

Will I lose weight?

The workouts are about building strength. If you focus on weight loss nutrition while doing the bootcamp, you will most likely see a change to your dress size, but nutrition training is not part of this bootcamp. If you are interested in nutrition support, feel free to request a call with our team.

Can I go at my own pace?

Yes! You will get instant access to the 3 weeks of workout videos (15 in total). I do recommend doing them in order to start. After the 3 weeks you can mix and match the videos to suit your needs.

I have an injury, will these workouts be suitable?

It's impossible to say without knowing more about the specific injury. However, it is possible to do isolation exercises. For example, if the injury is in your arm, you could focus on lower body and forgo dumbbells. Please always follow your doctors recommendation.
