What is the ReBoot Camp?

This 3 week course is designed for all fitness levels to help you build strength through gradually progressive full body workouts.

At the end of the 3 weeks you will be toner, stronger, and have more energy.

Who is it for?

The workouts can be enjoyed by anyone, no matter your fitness level. If you have mobility issues or injuries you are concerned about, please get in touch.

Do I need equipment?

Equipment is not essential. However, I will be using light weight dumbbells and an exercise mat. If you do not have dumbbells you can use water bottles. If you want you can gradually increase your dumbbells to suit your fitness level.

Will I lose weight?

The workouts are about building strength. If you focus on weight loss nutrition while doing the bootcamp, you will most likely see a change to your dress size, but nutrition training is not part of this bootcamp. If you are interested in nutrition support, feel free to book a call with our team.

Is ReBoot Camp free?

There will be a cost to the ReBoot Camp, but it will be very competitive compared to other offers on the market.
