This shake recipe is a quick, easy, nutritious and delicious from my book “The 21 DAY Fast Track Diet – Your Key to Quick Weight Loss and Improved Health”.
You don’t have to be on a diet to enjoy this, or any of the recipes in the book.
2 ice cubes
1 tsp almond butter
small handful of fresh kale or spinach
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tsp stevia (optional)
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
Makes 1 small serving.
For large serving, use 1 tablespoon almond butter and a whole banana.
**If egg allergy exists, substitute with protein powder such as high quality organic hemp or rice/pea protein powder.
