Day-to-Day Pyramid Power – How to Keep it Going

We all know what we “should” and “shouldn’t” do when it comes to living healthy day-to-day. Taking what we know and actually living it, is a different story. We all struggle with this. I do too.
I write this blog at 6 am in the morning because I know that this is something I have wanted to do for the last year and I haven’t followed through. My goal and passion is to give you all of the information I know with regards to health, nutrition and natural healing everyday. I’ve read so many motivation and personal growth books to help me tackle the things in my life that I procrastinate and I want to finally stop thinking about it and start doing it!
I challenge you to do the same. Let’s do this thing together.
One of my favorite books of all time is “The Slight Edge” by Jeff Olsen.

I would like to take this quote one step further. Once you have made the decision to take one step such as go for a walk, JUST DO IT…. Immediately before the other half of your brain gives you a reason NOT to do it.
Right now, I feel pretty proud of myself because I have written this blog post. Now I am going to take Joey my dog for a walk. I hope to see you out there.

- Have a daily plan but keep it simple and doable
- State your “Why” everyday
- When you decide you are going to do it…..DO IT!
