Like most women, I want to be an active, adventurous 80 year old. I want to be able to play with my future grandkids and travel and enjoy life. But I know that if I don't implement changes today, I won't reach my goal.

However, like many of my clients, when I hit perimenopause my diet, fitness and lifestyle needed to change to keep up with my body's demands. I was losing estrogen and that was impacting every organ and receptor in my body.

Sure, I knew about hot flashes and age related muscle loss. But what I hadn't fully realised was all the other ways a woman's body could be impacted: frozen shoulder, brain fog, digestive issues, dizziness, electric shock sensations, brittle nails, skin problems, cold flashes, changes in taste, ringing in ears, weird bruises.

Now you may have only one, or none of these symptoms. But your body is still experiencing estrogen loss and that will impact your future health and wellbeing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this program for?

This is for any woman experiencing perimenopause or post menopause. It does not matter what your fitness level is or if you are new to perimenopause.

Do I need fitness equipment?

Yes. You will need at least one set of dumbbells or a short and long resistance band. In the videos I will be using 3 sets of dumbbells, a short resistance band, a long resistance band and a chair.

How do I join the Strongher community?

The Strongher community is a private Facebook group open to all Menopause Reset customers.

What if I am vegan, vegetarian or have allergies?

This specific meal plan was not designed for vegans, vegetarians or those with allergies in mind. However you can swap the meat and fish based proteins for other ones if you choose.

Will I need to spend hours in the kitchen or working out?

The meal plan is packed full with options, but that doesn't mean you need to make everything in one week! Pick the meals that appeal to you the most and, if possible, batch cook in advance. For example, the breakfast yields one serving, but many options can be made in bulk and eaten for lunch, dinner or following breakfasts.

Each week has 5 fitness videos, about 20 min each including warm up and cool down.
