Christmas can be such a joyous season for us all, but it can also be the most difficult time for many of us emotionally. The hustle and bustle can bring on huge stress even among the most merry. There are many different ways you can use frankincense. Personally, I love to drink it first thing in the morning, before my coffee. In a cup of water, I add 2 drops frankincense and 2 drops lime essential oils to boost my immunity and lift my mood to start my day.

1. Diffuse 2 drops frankincense and 2 drops bergamot to create a calming feeling after busy day
2. Add a few drops to your favorite body lotion to help you relax after a hot shower or bath
3. If a headache is looming, place a drop on your finger tips and rub onto your temples in a circular motion for 30 seconds and feel your tension drift away.
